Case study: Fortune 500 mortgage company

I was hired to help create and grow the Reverse Mortgage Department from one to thirty employees. I developed employee training, identified best practices, defined team structure, and created process milestones and checklists. My extensive background in the industry and my extensive organizational skills helped to rapidly create and ramp up the department, leading to a 200% increase in revenues, year-over-year.

Grow Ladies ERG (Employee Resource Group)

In 2022, I had the great satisfaction and honor of contributing to the launch of the first Employee Resource Group at my last workplace. My goal was to create a professional community environment that helped connect female coworkers with their peers, as well as provide a forum for mentorship, career development, networking, and recognition, leading to increased job satisfaction. Through initiatives like a Women’s Leadership Panel, Guest Speakers program, and 15-minute virtual coffees, we were able to define and implement diversity policies, promote safe and open communication, provide career development advice, and create additional connection opportunities for ERG members.
